I have the right to reject your commission for any reason, without the obligation to provide an explanation.

Payment from all clients will be accepted upfront through PayPal invoice or Ko-fi at the start of each batch.

I do not offer refunds unless an extraordinary reason forces me to be unable to finish your commission.

Owing to the level of detail in my art, I am not always a fast artist, you acknowledge that it may take me some time, even months, to take your commission. I work as fast as I can while trying to make each commission as good as it can get, but we all have busy lives. I appreciate your patience and understanding!

Do not use any of my art in AI training/generating.

Commercial use beyond personal purposes prohibited.

If you choose to have your character turned into a sticker, standee, keychain, etc. through collaboration with my online store, you agree to their own T.O.S. and that its design be sold to anyone.

I have the right to choose whether or not to publish any of my artwork, including commissions, on my social media. You may post it on your own accounts with proper credit.

Once selected for a slot and after payment has been confirmed, you will be added to my work queue (visible on Trello).

Work on your art will start in the order it has been selected. I will contact you when it's your turn.

I will first present you with a rough sketch meant to illustrate the pose and the general idea of the commission, and wait for your approval and feedback.

After approval, updates will be given when meaningful progress is done. Customers have the ability to provide minor revisions during this phase.

Time of delivery after this can range from a few days to about two weeks, but this can vary.

Final full resolution artwork + transparent character .PNG file will be delivered through e-mail, Discord, or any means the customer finds more convenient.
